I prefer the emphasis that 'Influencer - The Power to Change Anything' places on this process however. First determine the desired outcome and then the critical behaviors that need to change. The process needs to be envisioned and then people need to be engaged. I hope I have that right, because my copy of the book is buried somewhere under a stack of other books and papers.
